Axial Reset is a system, not a one-off routine. Most days take less than ten minutes, but those minutes are the same minutes every day — that's where the change comes from.

What a day looks like

You open the app. The day's session is already loaded that walks you through three to seven short movements — sometimes standing, sometimes sitting, sometimes lying down, sometimes against a wall. At the end, two quick questions: How did you sleep? Where do you feel it today?

The five steps of getting started

    Ten short questions about your activity level and where you feel it. Takes about three minutes.

    Get your personalized plan

    Axial Reset generates a seven-day arc tailored to your answers — different from the next person's, on purpose.

  3. 03

    Practice daily

    Open the app each morning, afternoon, or evening. Five to fifteen minutes. Anywhere — bedroom, hotel, office.

    Check in

    Two-line check-ins after each session. The system tracks patterns over time and updates your plan based on your check-in answers.

    Give it three to six weeks

    Real change takes consistent practice. Most members report a meaningful shift in three to six weeks. Some sooner; some longer.

Spinal work — not a muscle workout

This is the distinction that defines Axial Reset. The daily practice trains the spine itself — its articulation, its range, the way each segment moves through three planes. It is not a program for building or burning out the muscles around the spine.

A few supporting muscular movements are included, but only ever in service of the spinal work — never as the point. If you're looking for a strength or core routine, that's a different tool. Axial Reset keeps the spine moving the way it's meant to, day after day.

We are going to be very clear about this, because muddying it would do you a disservice.
