Refund Policy

14-day initial refund window
If you purchased your Axial Reset subscription through our website and are not happy with the Services, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your first charge. Email support@axialreset.com from the email address on the account.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within five to ten business days of approval.
Renewals are not refundable
After the initial 14-day window, subsequent monthly or annual renewals are not refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your next billing date.
How to cancel
- Web subscriptions (Stripe): contact support@axialreset.com and we will cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then.
- iOS subscriptions (Apple): Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Axial Reset → Cancel Subscription.
- Android subscriptions (Google Play): Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Axial Reset → Cancel.
App Store & Play Store refunds
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund eligibility and processing are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies, not ours. Apple and Google may have shorter refund windows or different criteria. We will do our best to help but cannot override their decisions.
Founding-rate protection
Founding-rate members keep their rate as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and resubscribe later, founding pricing may no longer be available.
When refunds may be denied
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that involve abuse, fraud, repeated refund attempts, or other violations of our Terms of Service.
